It's getting very chilly now, so what better way to not only warm your head...and also your heart? A new Instagram page called chiliphilly has been launched, showcasing the finest of Phil Ferguson's hats!
Mr Ferguson's idea has gone down a treat...he has 6,800 followers on the site! With hats as crazy as coffee, hot dogs, doughnuts and even a cactus, it's not hard to see why. The question is, which one is the top of the lot?
